Introdcution

The camless spring machine is cam-free and rocker-less design, controlled by multi-axis servo motors and CNC computer, is a new multi-functional wire forming machine. It is convenient for commissioning, saving time for adjustment, and greatly improving work efficiency. Equipped with the wire rotary function, it can rotate the wire direction at multiple angles of 360 degrees to solve multi-dimensional space products. It can produce a variety of special-shaped springs, compression springs, extension springs, double tension springs, torsion springs, double torsion springs, flat springs (scroll springs, clockwork springs) and various wire forming products.
