Introdcution

40T-12A Camless CNC wire rotation machine is a 1-4.2mm spring machine, controlled by CNC system and 12 servo motors. It is driven by an industrial power supply to drive a servo motor, gears, and then a belt, a guide rail and a bearing are used to drive and transfer the wire to make the products what you need.

1. Dome light is goodd for commissioning springs.
2. Electromagnetic valve is used for installing probe or air cylinder to check springs.
3. Side power socket supply power when it is adding other device or repairing.
4. Air conditioner is for lower the temperature to extend the life of machinery and accessories.
5. Transformer is set under customer voltage.
6. Decoiler is woking together which can be selected 200 or 500kg tray.
7. No cam and no rocker arm design, the adjustment speed is more than 1.5 times of the traditional cam machine, the production speed is faster, the operation is more stable and simple.
8. Equipped with 8 arm claws, and optional curling and servo scissors, which can be flexibly applied to various spring production, making production more convenient, fast and efficient.
