Introdcution

40T-12A Camless CNC wire rotation machine is a 1-4.2mm spring machine, controlled by CNC system and 12 servo motors. It is driven by an industrial power supply to drive a servo motor, gears, and then a belt, a guide rail and a bearing are used to drive and transfer the wire to make the products what you need.
1. The gears and guide rails are wearable, can be used many years.
2. Servo motors are from Japan, it is used very well.
3. Tools, bearings and spare parts are durable that is saving cost in long term working.
4. Wire feed structure is 4 groups of wire feeding wheels, 2 sets of straightener wheels and a wire rotary function. Customer could select number of wire feed wheel groups and wire rotary under products requirements.
5. CNC system is Chinese and English version, easy to study, teach and train.
6. Wire rotary device and Quil can be rotated in 360°, very convenient for adjusting angle and shape of springs.
7. Dome light is goodd for commissioning springs.
8. Electromagnetic valve is used for installing probe or air cylinder to check springs.
9. Side power socket supply power when it is adding other device or repairing.
10. Air conditioner is for lower the temperature to extend the life of machinery and accessories.
11. Transformer is set under customer voltage.
12. Decoiler is woking together which can be selected 200 or 500kg tray.
