Machine Features:
 

1. The principle of the wire bending machine is that the rotating the line. Its inner mold can rotate to support multiple R-angle forming to ensure fast and stable production and operation; the production speed is more than 20% higher than that of domestic counterparts.
2. Smart computer, easy to operate, easy to learn and understand.
3.Multiple sets of servo motors and reducers imported from Japan, with high precision and maintenance-free, long service life
4. One-piece precision molded wire feed box, with high precision, good stability, durability and no deformation.

Removable wire feed box
1)The wire feed box can be moved back and forth to short the distance between the wire and bending head, and the product forming is more stable. There is enough space for forming of larger and longer products;
2)When cut product after bending and forming, product can be moved by moving box, which can prevent wire from bending during wire retreated, and ensure the straightness of wire and the stability of the product. It is especially important when bending products with wire diameter below Φ4.

Outer bending head is lifted and lowered separately(unique function of 10 axis machine)
1) Inner bend head(mold core) does not move, and outer torsion head(bending head) can be lifted and lowered separately when changing direction. The wire does not need to be separated from mold core so the bending and forming is more stable.
2)It can avoid that the wire is separated from the mold core after the torsion head is lowered, and when the torsion head is raised again, the wire cannot completely contact the bottom of the groove in the mold core due to bending, resulting in unstable bending and forming of the product;
